Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation and discounted inventory, and to ensure quality, safety, and product integrity, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or items that are accurately described in the product listing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
support@primeliquidationco.com
When contacting us, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after review.

Shipping Limitations
We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
Orders placed outside of these regions will not be processed.
