Prime Liquidation currently ships only within the United States and Canada.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the order may be considered final sale and not eligible for a refund.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and around your delivery area

  2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number

  3. Email us at support@primeliquidationco.com and we will assist where possible


Canadian Orders

Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
